MeetBrief Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MeetBrief application ("the App"), operated by Fabio Lordelo ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.

2. Recording Laws and Consent

Recording conversations may be subject to laws requiring the consent of one or more parties. These laws vary by country, state, and context. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording consent laws before using the App to record any meeting or conversation. We do not provide legal advice, and using the App does not absolve you of your legal obligations.

3. AI-Generated Summaries — No Accuracy Guarantee

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries of your meeting transcripts. These summaries are provided for convenience only.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated summaries.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Basic and Pro) and a one-time in-app purchase (BYOK Unlock), processed by Apple through StoreKit. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including damages arising from inaccurate transcriptions or summaries, data loss, or unauthorized recordings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
